Level Four:
Breathing Meditations
Level 4 offers a simple and safe introduction to breathing meditation. Meditation can be used as a powerful tool for inner-transformation, and it can also be used as a gentle way to develop attention and awareness, and to cultivate tranquility in any moment.
In this level, I strive to present breathing meditation as a simple and gentle practice, while saving the more advanced concepts and practices for Taiji Qigong Level II program.

Level Four Overview
Lesson 1. Intro to Breathing Meditation
Breathing meditation covers a variety of attention-based techniques for inner-transformation, grounded in the sensations of breathing throughout the body, or just at one specific location.​
