Level Five:
Core Conditioning
Level 5 offers a diverse set of practices and concepts for understanding and developing our core, both in strength and function: teaching you how to train your core, as well as how to use it skillfully in any situation.

Level 5 further develops the Shape of Our Breathing into Core-Breathing, a technique that both develops and refines optimal Core-Engagement Patterns, as well as conditions our spinal, core, and pelvic-floor muscles.

Also included are Gentle Breath-Hold Techniques, as well as Vigorous-Energizing Breathing Patterns, both of which engage our core in unique and powerful ways.
